Aims and Scope

Journal of Private Law, Obligations and Commerce is a peer-reviewed academic journal devoted to the publication of original research, theoretical contributions, comparative studies, case analyses, empirical research, and critical reviews in the broad fields of private law, obligations, contracts, commercial law, business law, and related areas.
