Historical Horizons and Civilizational Studies follows a full open access policy. All published articles are made immediately available to the scientific community and the general public without subscription or reading fees.

This policy is guided by three principal objectives:

Published articles are preserved through digital archiving systems, repositories, and academic databases to ensure long-term accessibility, traceability, and preservation.
