Article processing charge

To cover the costs associated with manuscript processing, editorial management, digital production, online hosting, publication, and long-term archiving, Public Governance and Constitutional Order Review applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of €150.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has received final acceptance for publication.
No submission fee is charged.
No peer-review fee is charged.
Payment of the APC has no influence on editorial or peer-review decisions.
Manuscripts are evaluated exclusively on their academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal.

The APC enables the journal to maintain its full open access model while supporting the operational sustainability of the publication process.
